Welcome to the Little World of Emy J's We have been in business since 1992, and we pride ourselves on providing customers with the best-quality
products and personal service. We named our business after our only child Emy. Hence the name Emy J's.
We love
the land that we live on and we do our best to keep it from destruction. Yes we are Tree Huggers that
run a business in Ice Cream, Smoothies, Coffee and Tea. We roast all Fair Trade-Organic-Birdfrienly Coffees on site.
Our Ice Cream is made in Madison Wisconsin by Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. The brown cows here make the best chocolate
ice cream. Our Smoothies are made with all real fruit, yogurt and locally produced honey. We offset our carbon
emissions (which when you have the cooling and heating equipment for a shop like ours can add up) by working with Trees for
the Future. They plant trees. Trees eat carbon. Carbon is neutralized. Hey, It's a start. We also use solar to preheat
all of our water for our hot water needs. There are a bunch of other things we do to help the world we live in but I won't
bore you any longer. Our Web Site is small and for now we just sell our roasted on site coffee. Enjoy !!!
Coffee is what we do. We roast weekly for our in house use and would be glad to send some your way. All coffees
are either Fair Trade, Organic, Bird Friendly or all of the above. Yes they are more costly but your helping make
a difference in many ways. We are the little guy and most coffee producing families are the little guys. So stop and think
before you buy and buy little.
We even guarantee that if you don't like our coffee you can send it back
and we'll drink it for you free of charge.
