Bolivia: Sweet with a hint of spice, bright acidity and intense body.

Burundi: Burundi Coffee is an award winning mild arabica and ranks among the best coffees grown in East
Africa.
Columbian: Colombian coffees are well balanced, medium bodied and bright.

Costa Rica: A certified Organic coffee that has a fine acidity, smooth
body, and a sweet subtle spicy profile.
El Salvador: El Salvador coffee is grown under the care of quality producers. It grows under the shade
of El Salvador’s rainforest. This coffee has a distinct smooth and uniquely sophisticated flavor, lingering aroma and
rich full body.
Ethiopian
Harrar: The Harrar
region is known for its winey, full and rich flavor. The resulting brew has a heavy body and great taste.
Ethiopian Sidamo: Well rounded and balanced with moderate acidity and good body
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe: Ethiopia is the birth place of coffee and it has produced varied distinct gourmet coffee beans in
its region. Yirgacheffe coffee is among the best African coffees with its soft fragrant, flowery hint with a finish that lingers
in your memory.
Hawaiian Kona: Hawaiian Kona ranks among the rarest coffees in the world; it has unique hints
of cinnamon and clove and a richness of butter. This coffee is elegantly refined, with smooth body and superb aroma. Kona
X-Fancy is the grade for the best coffee bean in the region.
India Mysore: Indian Mysore is an Arabica bean that's been grown, picked, and selected by hand in the Indian peninsula of Karnataka.
The result is a medium-bodied coffee with strong marks of mint and fresh aromatic herbs.
Guatemala: A wonderful bright coffee with nice body, floral tones
and fruitiness.
Mexican
Chiapas: Grown at high altitudes near Altura, and near the city of Tapachula,
we roast Mexcio Chiapas like a good light white wine - delicate in body, with a pleasant finishing dryness. Rich in flavor
with premium sweetness.
Papua New Guinea: Clean, well balanced acidity, distinct floral/citric flavors
and a nutty body.
Peru: Bright
snap, gentle sweetness, and nice medium body.Sumatra: Earthy, deep, complex, full-bodied.
Rwanda: Known as the *land of a thousand hills*, Rwanda produces the
world's finest coffee. These coffee beans have a rich color and deliciously refreshing aroma.
Sulawesi: Sulawesi Coffee has a heavy body and creamy texture. This
is a rare coffee grown by the very old Toraja region coffee trees on the island of Sulawesi located in Indonesia.

Day and Night; A medium roast blended with a dark roast. Great flavor and
intensity.
