We roast all Fair Trade or Organic Coffees on site. Our Ice Cream is made in Madison Wisconsin by Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream.

Our Smoothies are made with all real fruit, yogurt and locally produced honey.

We use solar power to offset our energy usage and do a host of other things to benefit the environment and our local community.
